It starts with a pilot project, with 15 to 20 actors providing food, lodging, activities, transportation or staff to the operation. Workshops are held with the people, an inventory of the destination is made and later the equipment is determined. The workshops to the people are done in an experiential way and seek to generate soft skills along with technical capabilities for the operation. The technical capabilities of the operation are based on the Open Field Security Management System (OSS-ACA). This system allows the development of nature's destiny in a safe, formal and orderly manner. The inventory serves to determine opportunities and establish a roadmap that allows the optimization of resources in a safe and sustainable way. The teams are the complement to strengthen the community and establish the collaborative model within it. The benefits that the community obtains is to learn tools and behaviors that allow them to manage autonomously: Their relationships Its tourist development Its resources. With this we make viable projects prioritized in tourism by the community itself that seek to attend to basic needs and understand themselves as a whole and not as independent businesses. Tourism generates benefits in cultural preservation, protects the environment, peace and security, generates jobs, economic growth and of course development. In the end we seek to create a culture where everyone feels that WE ARE DESTINATION.
